Selena Gomez stops in at a local nail salon for a mani-pedi on Wednesday afternoon (January 2) in Encino, Calif.

The 20-year-old actress just announced the lineup for her upcoming UNICEF concert in New York City, which will take place at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square on January 19th.

“Please welcome the following to the line up of my UNICEF acoustic charity show in NY on Jan. 19th @bridgitmendler and @only1noah,” she tweeted.

“Nothing is more important than helping children in need around the globe. I’m thankful that I can use my voice to bring awareness and much-needed funds to UNICEF so they can continue their critical work. Together, with my fans, we can save lives,” Selena shared in a statement.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have split yet again after a blowout fight while on vacation, according to a new report from the New York Daily News. The two flew to Mexico together to ring in the New Year, but had a huge argument before ever seeing 2013.

“They keep breaking up and getting back together,” a source told the Daily News. “It’s an on-again, off-again relationship. It’s probably not correct to characterize this as a final breakup.” Apparently Bieber is not the one at fault this time around. “She’s been giving him a really hard time,” another source told the newspaper. “She’s been partying without him, and it drives him crazy.”

After the heated argument on Dec. 30, Bieber and Selena broke up and went their separate ways, according to TMZ. Literally. She left Mexico the same day and the 18-year-old “Boyfriend” singer headed to Los Angeles on New Year’s Eve.

Sure, Bieber has revealed that he isn’t having sex with Selena Gomez until they are both 18 and have proven that they are devoted to each other. However, she has now revealed that if she had not moved away from Texas, she would most likely have become a teen mother.

Selena Gomez recently sat down with “Glamour” magazine and dished on her life, including her relationship with Justin Bieber. Sure, Selena Gomez and Justin Biebermay live the high life these days, but she is convinced that she would have been a teen mother without Justin in her life if she hadn’t pursued her dreams. Selena believes that she would have been a teen mother, if she had not moved out of her home state of Texas.

“I was frustrated that my parents weren’t together and never saw the light at the end of the tunnel where my mom was working hard to provide a better life for me,” Selena reveals in the magazine interview. “I’m terrified of what I would have become if I’d stayed there. I’m sure I’d have two children by now,” she continues. However, being a mother of two is a dream for some and taking the Disney route hasn’t been easy for Selena.

“I was so scared and shy back then. I mean, I grew up in one of the biggest high schools in the world, and that’s the Disney Channel. Everybody was falling in love with each other or not liking each other, and it was exhausting…and I was the shy one in the corner. And now I’m so opinionated, and I don’t have time for the cattiness. I have good people around me, and I’m glad I’m at the place I’m in. I wish I was there back then,” Selena Gomez explains of her life. Surely, she is secretly referring to Justin Bieber.

Selena promises to wave her magic wand and give fans the best ‘Wizards’ reunion show ever!

Selena Gomez returned to the set of her hit Disney Channel show Wizards of Waverly Place on Oct. 25 to begin filming of the reunion special, which will air early next year.

The pop singer was reunited with her (most of) on screen family — David Henrie will, unfortunately, not be in the movie — to begin production on what she says will be a “really, really good” special. The one hour special is titled “The Wizards Return: Alex versus Alex,” and Selena says ”I wanted to do it really badly.”

Selena plans to give her fans an extremely enjoyable reunion, as she says “I want to make sure I promise the cast and the fans a really, really good hour-long event that they can enjoy and will leave them feeling good.” This episode sees her reunited with co-stars Jennifer Stone, Jake T. Austin, David Deluise, and Maria Canals-Barrera.

Selena Gomez’s monster flick “Hotel Transylvania” enthralled crowds this weekend, as the film brought the weekend box office back to life after a late-summer slump.

The animated comedy from Sony Pictures debuted at No. 1 with $43 million, one of the strongest starts ever for a movie opening in September, according to studio estimates Sunday.

“Hotel Transylvania” set a new high for September debuts in terms of actual dollars, beating the previous record of $35.7 million for 2002′s “Sweet Home Alabama.” But factoring in today’s higher admission prices, “Sweet Home Alabama” sold more tickets.

This weekend’s box office was further strengthened by a solid No. 2 debut for another Sony release, Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s time-travel thriller “Looper,” which took in $21.2 million.

Hollywood’s overall grosses rose for the first time in a month compared to the same weekend last year. Revenues totaled $120 million, up 21 percent from the same weekend a year ago, when “Dolphin Tale” led with $13.9 million, according to box-office tracker Hollywood.com.
